We offer personalised embroidery on a wide range of products. Each piece is custom-made so there may be small variances to the images online. We take care to measure and position every unique personalisation on your keepsake, based on the size of the name or text.

Your order will be embroidered exactly as the text entered in the personalisation field, so please ensure all spelling and caps are correct.

All products are embroidered-to-order by our small team in New Zealand and we aim to make and dispatch all orders in 5 working days.

Shipping

Australia orders are sent with either DHL express which takes 1-2 days or Economy tracked shipping which takes 2-3 weeks.

New Zealand orders are sent with overnight courier, so you should receive your order 1-2 days from dispatch.

USA and rest of world orders are sent with DHL express and take 4-6 days.

It would be our pleasure to package your thoughtful gift in our gift box and wrapping ~ Your gift will arrive in a wrapped box (for most items) or wrapping (for cushions) with a handwritten note and a ribbon on top.
